All have lost faith in the dollar. China, Russia, Europe, Saudi. Pay attention to a wider news source.

Which direction is money flowing? Into the US market from suadi ariba or into the Kingdom?

Did you see and believe the articles about the kingdom supporting the dollar or did you read about how they are working on the location of the new central bank (Saudi Ariba or UAW). And did you consider why they need something called a central bank? A regoinal currency?

John Q, the world lost faith in the dollar. Policy has changed around the world. Nothing will be as it was. It will take a bit of time to build regional banks but the rest of the world has changed it's mind about holding dollars.
