JQ, do you mean rising next Monday? i've seen that Wells is at 4.875% right now when they had been at 4.75% for some time. they were at 4 5/8% for a minute, but i wasn't ready to refi just yet.

i expect rates to go up more, though. perhaps next week.

Kaltbaum was on the Fox business segment. They ask the panel for one stock to buy....he reco'd TBT (and he's been modestly bullish on the overall market since mid March.
