Dear Saveslivesbyday, We are the process of working with the New York Attorney General's office and filing a lawsuit against Goldman Sachs and Capital One for illegally and artificially driving the share price for the"front running" of COF stock in the past few days ahead of COF's registration statement, as well as this off balance sheet issue, which was not included in the stress test. A crime has been committed and we are working to bring it out in the open. We will not depose you in court bit would like the information that you know about this matter to pursue this issue further.
