Ya Ele has higher high's and lower lows so its just a matter of cleaning up the shares.Keeps trading 1 too 2 mil a day it won't take long.

Ya most of the programs were cut short this winter.Need Oil and Gas back up there and we will see a good winter coming.

1 Major is costs and the Big Oils just said screw it till costs come down so shut programs down and the costs will come down
