The inflation hedge is an interesting angle that I have been thinking about. Isn't inflation normally usually caused by too many dollars chasing too few goods? This inflation is a going to be a different beast. There is tremendous deflation being offset by rampant printing and reckless spending. I think this inflation will be caused by an acute worldwide distrust of this government's competence, not by an excess of dollars. The stupidity of what this government is doing boggles the mind.

Whether the stock market will go up or down is a question I haven't figured out yet.
