It does not matter if local credit dries up. The government will be soaking up all available credit for the near future. It will expand its balance sheet and if you are competing for credit with the federal government or government backed entities, I think the "FICO" score of the FED is way better then any personal or small business score.

I think we are all underestimating the power of the current administrations trillion dollar yearly deficits.

Nice fish. Keep it or eat it? On the credit question. I stll get many offers from credit card companies in the mail. When I visit my bank, which I tend to do a few times of month, the manager is always asking if I need a loan. Go figure.
