Jim, I have NO problem with people owning handguns for home protection. Since this economic mess hit I've considered getting one myself. I just don't like the idea of handing out "concealed carry permits" to any guy or woman that wants one and has a clean police record. I don't think the cops are crazy about it either. You seem to think that if EVERY "law abiding citizen" was carrying a gun we wouldn't see anybody (except the bad guys) getting shot. I think this latest spate of killings in the country by what were previously considered "law abiding and churchgoing folks" might tell a different story. You believe that YOU should have the right to be "armed to the teeth", but would you really want a "moron" like ME to have a gun under his jacket if you ran into him?...LOL BTW..."talk about being scared". On Halloween do YOU "run away" if you see a Richard Simmon's mask. Oh, I know, you probably grab the AK47 and blow him away, right..? ROTF
