LT,

I was only being partially sarcastic!! I use SI for information and to improve my investing, not for mud-slinging as is the case for some. Just had to take a bit of a shot at someone today, you were in range!!

I have been aware of the drillers success of late, and the promising fundamentals for oil exploration and supply/demand, but admit that I have not participated in that sector. I keep feeling like I missed that boat, although it does continue to rise. I did awfully well with the networkers earlier in the year after they tanked, but gradually worked my way out of them as new pressures came to bear. The semi and semi-equipment sector intrigues me at the moment, as they are under extreme pressure and have recently corrected more strongly than most. I believe that some of the equipment suppliers in particular will outperform the market in coming months. I need to do more research to find specific selections, though, in order to select entry points.

With regards to ABTX, there was never a point between about 7 1/2 and 11 1/2 that I would not have given you the benefit of the doubt regarding over-extension. I just never had the personal confidence to call a top and slip out temporarily. At this level, I will continue to stay in for the long haul, ups and downs included, as I do have the utmost confidence in the ultimate performance of ABTX. I have plenty of other stocks that I trade short term, and ABTX is the only one (currently) that I intend to keep hands off for the next couple of years. I see the end-point (approximately) and will be satisfied with the results.

FWIW,
Jim L.

Well L.T., SHE WENT DOWN TO 6 3/4 and what a grand gift was presented to many who missed the ride to 11 9/16. I have to admit it, thanks to the Hong Kong fiasco, many small growth companies got slammed. The story on ABTX is still the same, the future is as bright as ever. Many paniced and lost their positions early tooday, to bad, but thats show biz....Archie
