Hi Dwight,

<Hope I don't sound mad at you, I just can't believe the BS that people get fed when they call companies looking for information.>

Not at all. That's what it's all about. All of us analyzing information from all kinds of different sources. My main reason for calling was to get more information on foreign sales because I couldn't recall any mention in the SEC filings of how that business is conducted, but I usually find that I can come up with lots of different questions once we get talking. Perhaps the folks at Novell are dumb like a fox, but I do tend to get the impression that most of Novell management would look at a ticker and wonder "What's wrong with thet thar sign? Them words don't make no sense." Personally if someone gave me options on a million shares of stock, I might find it hard to justify spending another quarter mil to pick up an extra 25K shares. Especially when things that have nothing to do with the companies' performance can affect the investment.

From bits and pieces of news it looks like world markets are still getting hit. It doesn't look good for tomorrows open. I think halting trade for 30 minutes caused more panic than just leaving things alone. At least NOVL looked like it was stabilizing before the halt. The real carnage didn't start until after trade resumed. Freezing prices at a certain level might make sense, but to stop trading when investors are already on edge just added a feeling of helplessness to panic. I hope they don't start that on again off again stuff tomorrow. It just makes things worse.

Regards,

Don
