That was a very honest desciption of a situation which just seems to be repeating itself. I still keep scratcing myself that the government chose to take over aig-s poor bets on the mortgage insurance at the taxpayer's expense and with our miserable congress' not saying anything about it at the time. so much for moral hazard. the writer also makes an interesting point about how shifting from a partnership to a coroporation has made everyone risk happy. I guess the heads i win tails you lose paradigm makes it easier to take on more risk. thanks for posting.
