I lived in a little town in Brasil called Lencois way back in 1994 and an atom bomb could have wiped out Moscow and D.C. and they would not have heard about it.

They're some of the happiest people on the planet and don't pay attention to idiotic things such as edicts and what they "will, shall and must do".
