The system all falls down when it is either morally corrupt or bankrupt.

The recent bailouts rewards incompetence and stifle innovation by penalizing good managers making their companies and investments worth less.

The democratic voting machine of the U.S. has turned into a system of entitlements, i.e. my boss was entitled to steal and therefore I'm entitled to a handout.
