you are right about my allergy to those lesser islands, and yes, the koh's of thailand would be preferable. the issue of the king's health bothers me, but probably less than pure boredom would trouble me :0)

philippines would not do due to its lack of medical infrastructure.

in either location we would have to organize home school.

since our last meeting, my buddies and i are more convinced than ever of hk's inherent, intrinsic, built-in, and learned advantages for the coming times of troubles.
