I have no idea about the FDA's susceptibility to bribery, but maybe if HEB markets Ampligen as an treatment for market insanity, they'd have something.

Seriously, what kind of stock decisively busts its secondary on the third day, then doubles off the lows on the sixth on explicit "no news"?

Only thing I can figure is HEB is investing some of its newly won funding into more stock promotion, but to what end now?

(Edit: I thought maybe it was the $1.65 warrants but those don't unlock until November. Curiouser still...)
