A company expecting inflation can issue fixed rate debt at today's interest rates, and pay it back in the future with cheaper (inflated) dollars.

Tech acquisitions - look at Oracle buying Sun... there will be many other large deals in tech.

I expect we will also see numerous small firms swept up, like Cisco used to do.
