Do I understand, from the basis of other posts regarding NEC that this is IDX stuff via NEC?

Bought 10 Dec. calls! I am going to ride this baby out!

I believe that an important issue centers around which stocks will benifit if the market falls yet farther, or at worst case crashs. If in fact that were to happen, security issues would zoom to the center of the lime-light. The very first thing I would do in my business would be "Beef up my security" and protect what I had! This would not only be my thinking, but would be the thinking of all asset holders. Scam artists would be inventing new ways of stealing money, with little thought of getting caught. Forged checks and bad checks in general would become the order of the day. Stolen credit cards would be a premium.

The point is clear! Identix is the right company at the right time and is positioned world-wide to take advantage of anything that occurs in the future regarding tightened security.

On the earnings release,
If I were running IDX, I would make a public statement stating that earnings were with-in the bounds of the analysts estimates. (assuming they are!)I would also state that a shareholders meeting was being held on the 30th and that earnings would be released at the meeting in light of the shaky stock markets around the world in-order that nothing would be either understated or overstated!
Also, this would be the time to release any good news that I was holding and fully explain where this good news could lead.

I would not release earnings tommorrow morning in the middle of the biggest point drop ever, the shareholders would be my only concern and in times of panic, communications with them would become paramount
