Every once in a while, I like to throw a curve and tell them i want paper...LOL You should see how many places they usually have to go to find paper. When I go to my condo, we HAVE to have paper, as the plastic allows everything to roll out and many things have broken. We use the suitcase carts like they have at hotels to carry heavy loads up. I do have a small cart I bought at the container store and since I've bought one, it seems as though everyone in the building has bought one also. It is SO much easier and nothing rolls away..except to bring up big heavy items such as water, beer, etc, I still use the luggage carts. containerstore.com
