VCSI is up 1/8 as of 10:30 a.m. today (Tues. 10/28), in an otherwise down market. Strong evidence of support here, but I wouldn't add to holdings just yet...

Just checked my group I follow. Only two stocks up---VCSI and IMAT. It's been a long time since I bought 2 to 3 dollar stocks. Remember buying MCI at these prices.

I would like to repeat the success in MCI. So is VCSI one of these?
