As most here know, that moratorium is the only reason for the less bad housing numbers the bulls are crowing about. If they only knew how stupid they sound saying housing is at the bottom. The bank has decided not to relist the house my family member gave back to them. It's just sitting there empty, a 3400 square foot McMansion full of copper pipes and expensive fixtures... for now. As long as the landscaping stays green, cut, and weed free, the bank should be ok.
