This year is not Obama's budget. It was adopted last year before he became President when Bush was President and could veto anything adopted by Congress.

Tide, doesn't it appear that Advanced BDS has quite a debilitating effect on one's grip on reality and ability to be honest.

NO KENNETH, all the presidents up and through Bush together pale before Obama's budget and deficit!
