Where's the lie? Even Biden voted to invade Iraq. This was after the UN inspectors did their song-n-dance with Saddam.

BS! You have a very short memory. Blix sent word that the WMDs had all been destroyed....and that they wanted to double check to be sure. Bush told Blix to get out of the country; that the US was attacking. It was one big lie. In fact, the whole Bush administration was a lie from start to finish.
