It won't help Obama's next election. He will destroy the economy. Many corporations will leave the country. Much money will leave as well. It won't be put to work only to be taxed heavily.

The coffers will be empty as they are today, only the money presses will keep printing until the Peso and the dollar meet.

How ?? it will bring in less tax revenues. Cost jobs as small business people cut back hiring.
