Yep. I can't imagine trying to run a business in CA when 5 hours away I can do it with no taxes and 10% of the regulation. Las Vegas needs to concentrate on luring more companies from CA and build their economy much more centered around business versus gambling.

I'm not sure LV will ever see the heyday ever again as far as gambling. I understand visitorship is coming back but folks are using it as a cheap vacation and are not gambling or eating high end food. That would fit with what I observed last month. Quite a few more people then in February but empty casino and empty high end restaurants.
