Anializer, FWIW, the divie on TPGI is 1.25 cents, not 12.5.

TPGI. Other info: Insider buying by Mr. Thomas as stock has fallen. Also Third Avenue Real Estate Value Fund is apparently a large shareholder (per Yahoo) although it's only a relatively very small $ amount for these guys.

I am in for a few shares with the intent to build position if stock drops on no adverse news.

TPGI looks to me highly speculative. A lot of debt in comparison with the assets and a lot of partially developed projects. I understand why the share price is at call option levels.

What I don't understand is the under the surface value that you must be noticing. I see that the share price is only a fraction of book value, but I don't think it's safe to rely on stated book. Can you elaborate on your interest in TPGI?
