Chris - you sez "Are we all long term investors now ?" if this is a correction, I am still a long term investor; if this is the beginning of the bad news bear, I may throw in the towel tomorrow by a whole sale liquidation. Not sure where I stand now. Decision! Decision! VTSS is semi with a special niche, but it has other problems (in this mkt.) It has high p/e. It has continued its march upward since it bottomed out in summer 96. I don't own it, but a friend of mine holds it at no cost at all, since he bought it a few yrs back at 8 (before split!) rgds Bosco
