Obama should get us out of Iraq and Afghanistan ASAP -- I would greatly accelerate the timelines to bring our troops home. The Military Industrial Complex has incredible power and influence in Washington -- and some of their "Think Tanks" have convinced our leaders that we need to continue to play unnecessary war games. IMO, we don't need a lot of troops over in Afghanistan or in Iraq...we have Special Forces and the CIA and can contain Al Quaeda and other threats with a much smaller military footprint around the world...Our troops have been pushed to the breaking point by Bush and Cheney and they need a break -- time to BRING THEM HOME. This will help cut the record levels of military spending as well as the record levels of PTSD that we are seeing in some of our troops. Time to do the right thing Mr. Obama and BRING THE TROOPS HOME. -s2@JustMyView.com
