I get the Monday IBD on Friday night here in LA. Two 99-er's you missed were Noise Cancellation (NCTI) and PDS Financial (PDSF). They both have Acc/Dis ranking of A, which might be something else you want to consider if you neet to thin out the possibilities.

Let me know if I can help you with this "least expensive" group. These are more in my price range, which, after the action today, welcomed in a whole mess of new stocks. :-)

I could post new 99-ers from Monday's paper on Friday night/Saturday morning if there's interest.
