Not that there is a good time for Cat 5 storms coming ashore, now is an exceptionally bad time.

No kidding. Florida is now over 50% self insured without the back up funds. The state would go belly up if a cat 5 hit a highly populated area... and there are not too many un heavily populated coastal areas left.
