You're right there are escape routes.

I agree that voting should only be done by tax payers. Anyone who does not pay taxes should not have a vote as they should not decide how earned money is spent.

I love the States. I've had a passport from here for a couple of years due to a surprise birthright via one of my parents. The problem with the States is they are run by an aristocracy of poorly trained lawyers. This is exactly what was in power when Russia got taken over by the communists.

The world is going mobile, and the place to be is in emerging markets in cellular phones.

BT also said it would slash 15,000 workers from the payroll in response, after cutting the same amount last year.

But the decline in business at BT's Global Services is not the real issue.
