Both Intel and AMD have manufacturing plants in Europe as well as markets to sell into. While playing in Europe, European rules apply. I'm mean yeah, who in their right mind would accuse MS or INTC of using corporate muscle to become monopolies? Maybe we should look to the leadership of the USA SEC to make sure there is a level playing field out there :-)
