That's why I'm done with litigation. Too many sihtheads and liars. Plus, I had too many potential or actual clients I sat and listened to and thought - Christ, I can't undo the multiple layers of stupidity you've applied to create this problem. Fix it yourself. A better attorney would tell the person the defense should take 100 hours and end up wasting about 1000. It's all about meeting your billable goal, which I just couldn't grasp.
