You are probably correct. I know however were I one of the rich and famous I would be moving my assets and money to Switzerland or something with preparations to move my ass to Switzerland with it. Right out of Atlas Shrugged, if you make it too hard on the earners and wealth creators they just pick up their toys and go elsewhere. CA is an example at the state level and I suspect we are going to start seeing an example on the national level at some point.
