I've NO doubt that the CIA got to Obama...but I also think that Obama heard that, and is wiley enough to go about it in a different way. He/the Government is going to plead 'danger to the troops and Americans' when they go back to court...the court will hold things up for awhile, then toss it back and say "we have the right to know"....and when that happens, Obama will look like it is his duty to send the pictures out...in other words, be the martyr.....AGAIN!

I wish to narrow it even further. Panetta (very liberal bag carrier) got to Obama.

Obama would not listen to Panetta regarding the release of the torture memos. Instead, he listened to crony (AG) Holder.

That matter backfired with Pelosi stepping into "it" big time. She is the current name tag, but there are others, who were briefed and signed off on EIT.

Now, Panetta advises to Obama to not release the so-called torture photos. Obama seems to be listening.
