tigermike,

Don't know really- I just try to sell enough stock to stay ahead of margin calls- I hate to start doing wire transfers. The market will bounce back- and I want to be holding as much stock as possible so as to get the maximum spring back.

My guess is that events in the Hong Kong and US markets aren't really tied per se. Basically Hong Kong is a concern with speculation tied to real estate values while we (in the US) are dealing with a stemwinder of a normal correction (Hong Kong was just the trigger to start the selling-it is a small market both in total valuation and world economic affect anyway)

Sincerely,

Doug F.

jm,

Just restored Nescape 3.0 on my Computer so that I see who sent me messages- sorry for not replying sooner! I still think that we'll trend sideways through December as we repair the techical damage done to the charts of many tech stocks including KLIC. Now that said, I believe that longer term KLIC will trend significantly higher- or at least I'm betting real dollars on such a scenario. I subscribe to a technical charting service, and haven't really paid attention to whether there are any TA's on the Thread. options jerry has either moved onto to other Threads, or disappeared for the time being best I can tell...

Sincerely,

Doug F.
