You're right about that and only an idiot would think we've seen the evidence. i know i haven't seen it and you haven't seen it. but the issue is that the people who have the authority to pass judgment on this issue have seen it. normally when a cop gives you a ticket you can go to court and dispute it but the cop has the expert witness status and his voice carries much weight. usually one ends up pleading "no contest" and paying the fine.
