This is a rather poorly constructed sentence. There is no fact here. There is a finding based on rules of evidence that didn't allow Intel to defend itself as they could in a court of law. We can't debate the evidence because despite the claims of several here, we don't have access to it. Intel will get it's day in court and when it does, it can subpoena evidence the EU refused to allow, cross examine those who have given testimony and present evidence from the very OEMs who were supposedly strongarmed into excluding AMD products. Apparently they claim they weren't.
