And the fact that Intel concealed their illegal rebates in contracts, but slipped up in emails couldn't silence the recipients, and couldn't pass an effects-based analysis (using discount attribution and equally-efficient competitor standards) of their rebates helps you how exactly? This is a rather poorly constructed sentence. There is no fact here. There is a finding based on rules of evidence that didn't allow Intel to defend itself as they could in a court of law. We can't debate the evidence because despite the claims of several here, we don't have access to it. Intel will get it's day in court and when it does, it can subpoena evidence the EU refused to allow, cross examine those who have given testimony and present evidence from the very OEMs who were supposedly strongarmed into excluding AMD products. Apparently they claim they weren't. Regrettably, the rest of your post degenerated into mindless gibberish. Next time please take your full prescription before posting.
