dunno, there's activity going on in the coal industry that doesn't make a lot of sense if the "smart money" thought that the Cap'n Trade crap was going to happen.

Did you ever see the movie "Mad Max, Beyond Thunderdome"?

I think of the scene where MasterBlaster turns off the methane generated power and forces Tina Turner to admit that he runs Bartertown.

Master: Me order! Me Master! Me run Bartertown!
Max: Sure, that's why you live in shit!
Master: Not shit! Energy!
Max: Call it what you like. It still smells like shit to me!

Auntie Entity: For God's sake, what now?
The Master: Who run Bartertown?
Auntie Entity: Dammit, I told you, no more embargos.
The Master: More, Blaster.
[the Blaster puts all power out]
The Master: Who run Bartertown? Who... run... Bartertown?
Auntie Entity: ...You know who.
The Master: Say.
Auntie Entity: Master Blaster.
The Master: Say loud!
[the Master turns on the town loudspeakers]
Auntie Entity: Master Blaster.
The Master: Master Blaster... what?
Auntie Entity: Master Blaster runs Bartertown.
The Master: Louder!
Auntie Entity: Master Blaster runs Bartertown!
The Master: Lift embargo.
[the Blaster turns power back on]

I still think that the coal companies should turn the juice off for a couple of days just to bring people back to reality.
