When I was in college the first time, I worked for Tampa Coca Cola. One summer, I had McDill air force base on my route. McDill is, or at least was, a SAC base there at the end of Dale Mabry. There was a sign at the gate which said something along the lines of "__ days since last fatal accident". There was never more than two digits and often only one. Fatalities are part of working around those planes.

In December'98, under Clinton, Saddam loudly declared the NFZs were no longer respected and offered compensation to anyone who could shoot down an American plane. No, it never happened... So we went to war 'cause Saddam was an ineffective bellicose fool? Your lack of understanding of this subject matter ...
