In, there has to be an easier way. The first time I put the tables in it was terrible. Nothing lined up. I used an the asci portion of the word processor and saved in in asci. I use word perfect (an older version), but it works. I will now write a little macro to delete all the tabs and then I will still have to line it up before posting it. There has to be an easier way. I'll try and figure it out. Maybe I can then load it into a table format (after taking out the tabs). I'll let you know if I come up with something. Regards, P
