The little girl voice in the video belongs to Lila Rose, a 20-year-old UCLA student. The boyfriend is pure fiction, as is the pregnancy. And the employee at the Memphis, Tenn., Planned Parenthood clinic had no idea that Lila was videotaping her with a hidden camera.
