NOW, i'd be happy, too, if another nation paid 95% of my national defense bill. if they kept their health care and didn't ante up for defense (should we stop paying it), i'm sure they'd be the happiest slaves on earth, too.

it is time for those countries to pay for their own defense and for the usa to keep its money home.
