Looking at markets that are open:

Australia -8.99%
Japan -2.06%
S. Korea -5.65%
New Zealand -9.65%

I've said before, US markets have to lead the world markets out of this hole. Japan, S. Korea most significant if they continue to sell off, much more important than HK.

Agree. By then the world will be ruled by a handful of companies, msft, intc will of course call the shots. I can't imagine how much wheeling a dealing goes on in secret everyday. I think msft has bought out 16 companies in the last 12 months. The only way this will stop is if the government steps in and breaks them up.

Sonki, still says 486 by 2007, guess we will have to wait and see.

Peace,

Dennis
