No, that isn't true.

But you know that, don't you?

That doesn't make sense. For one, they pretty much already are. For another, why would they care? And finally, Intel employs more people in Europe than AMD does. So they should be more sympathetic to Intel.

The "equally-efficient competitor" argument can never apply because you can never have two companies having 80% share at the same time.

Uhh, that's an example of "disfavor Intel", not "favor AMD."

Heaven forbid the EC antitrust division wanting to prevent Intel from becoming another abusive monopoly... LOL.
