I don't understand how the Trustee can continue to allow Tom Clines to Act as the President of Sexi.If my memory serves me right the shareholders did not elect a board of directors and without a legally constituted board how can Clines act act the President. I would think a "conservator" (if that is proper term should be appointed by the court to manage whats left to manage and to protect the shareholders interests. I am sending this same query to the Trustee's lawyers for an answer .
