Yeah, we started a war based on lies, against a third world country that couldn't possibly defend itself, and it wasn't even in our backyard. We are still the "good guys" right? I mean, it's not like we torture people or anything like that.

The funniest part is, we can't even win.

NOW, that's a tangent - of which i agree.

it still does not negate the point - europe spends less on military to protect themselves (not others!) b/c america spends more to protect them.

their finances will be greatly stressed when they take on more of the burden as america is now broke *ss or they will be victims.

either way, their smile won't be quite as broad without america subsidizing it.
