So perhaps, if we want kids to stop having kids we should make sure 1. they are supervised, and 2. they have options* to keep them busy that do not involve sex, drugs and high risk behaviors.* Options are going to become fewer and fewer as government programs are cut. Its all about money and in my community virtually every non essential program is being cut to the bone. And, how do you make sure they are supervised without being intrusive? .........Better to have a change in culture. That is again where Obama shines. It all starts at the top.
