We do need a faster track to MD though.

Penn State had such a program years ago, maybe still does. A good friend of mine since 7th grade started his internship just before his 21st birthday. He tested out of a lot of stuff and went to school year round. He's an orthopedic surgeon which took longer, of course. Some of you might even know him.

This only works if you know you want to be a doctor at 18.
