We did just fine for decades with Prop 13 in place, even through all of the real estate ups-and-downs.

Even during the most recent real estate boom, state tax revenues were soaring thanks to property taxes. This despite Prop 13. That's a fact Ted will never acknowledge, but WTH does he know?
