"then your judgment here is as poor as it was when you claimed rumors from a 3 year old article" They weren't rumors, Elmer. The letter in question has been produced and the text published. I know you want it to be a rumor, but hoping doesn't make it so. Again, it was the reason why the EC finally started the investigation. They couldn't just ignore the complaints any more.
