"Case in point: Now they´re crowing about their ¨victory¨¨in which they get to claim that AMD couldn´t GIVE away a million OPTERONS in 2005" Because Elmer is such a rigorous guy with respect to rumors and evidence, it turns out that in the actual filing, instead of the rumors and hearsay, it was actually 2002 and commercial desktop processors. So their "victory" rings just a little hollow... But, if the past is any indication, they will forget that little bit of humiliation and still crow about the 1 million Opterons that couldn't be given away in 2005.
